Adopting white American children by white Americans is SOooo five minutes ago.

Madonna is so old fashioned. She adopted her latest child in such a quaint way. She bought an adorable black baby from a line up and had him shipped back to her home by a third party. They havn't done it that way since the 17oo's.

I'm sure his arrival was much more comfortable than it would have been in Colonial times. And his life with MamaMadonna soooooo much "better" than anything he could hope for in dirty old Africa. He will be automatic "house" without even having to audition with white gloves. And he coordinates so nicely with all that black leather she wears. When you are only worth $248 MILLION dollars, I guess adopting the whole family would be too much for her  her nanny to carry around on her hip.

Beware of the blogosphere! -- oops, I mean, Welcome to the blogosphere!! I agree with your comments on Madonna. The Roe Conn Show (WLS radio in Chicago) did a segment on it yesterday. He noted that there were 11 other children in the orphanage -- why didn't she adopt them all??

Are white Americans even allowed to adopt American children "of color"? Last this was in the news, there were "experts" insisting that white parents can't properly raise a black child because they're not of the right "culture" and won't be able to impart a "sense of heritage." Blah blah touchy-feely racist crap blah.
